Please allow our printers some time to prepare and produce your fine art print. Unframed prints should take no more than 2 to 3 days to produce; however framed prints may require up to 5 days.

Preparation includes: calibrating the image, printing and assembling the artwork, and quality assurance. Framed prints are produced by hand and packed using 100% sustainably sourced materials. 

After production, your print will be shipped and you can expect delivery based on your location:

  • UK, Germany and Europe ─ 3 to 7 business days (free)
  • US and Canada ─ 6 to 10 business days (free)
  • Rest of the world ─ 5 to 15 business days 

All shipments are made via DHL Global express courier which guarantees safe and prompt delivery.

Returns

We would love for you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Our artwork is made to order, so I do not accept returns. 

However, in the unlikely event the product arrives damaged or some other defect, please send photo verification of the damaged item  to sales@yuriajones.com. We will replace it at no cost to you. 

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct, as we are unable to re-ship or refund any lost order due to incorrect details.
