Changes and Returns

We would love for you to be 100% happy with your purchase, so if you’re not, please let us know. 

Order Changes

After you have placed your order, there will be a 24-hour window within which you can contact us to make a change (address, different image, etc.) but beyond that timeframe, no changes can be made.

We cannot make any cancellations, address changes or any other alteration to orders after your order has reached the production stage. This is due to the nature of creating customized products on-demand. 

Returns

Any print that arrives damaged or with a defect, will be replaced at no charge to you, and there's no need to ship back the damaged print.

If your print arrives with a defect (bad printing, etc.) or was damaged during the shipping process, please let us know within 3 days of delivery. We will also require photos/videos of the damage for insurance purposes. Please send photo verification of the damaged item to sales@yuriajones.com
