What is the difference between an Open Edition and a Limited Edition?
An Open Edition refers to a collection of prints with no set limit on the number of copies that will be produced.
Limited Edition means that a fixed number of prints are produced, thus making the print more scarce, valuable and collectable.
What print materials do you use?
Unless otherwise stated, Open Edition prints are available as canvas gallery wraps and our Limited Edition prints are available on sustainable fine art Giclee papers.
Canvas prints are printed on artist-grade canvas with fade-resistant archival inks.
The fine art giclee papers used include Canson Baryta, Epson Semi Gloss or Hahnemühle Photorag. It depends on the type of image being displayed, since these papers have characteristics which favor, for example: high contract, heavy saturation, black and white, etc.
Can I get an image printed on another medium?
Sure you can! I would be happy to discuss your specific needs. Please send me an email.
Do you accept other customizations?
Yes, we do accept requests for alternative crops, framing and other customizations. Please reach out via the Contact page.
Do you offer framing options?
Yes. Both Open Edition and Limited Edition prints have framing options.
The canvas prints used for our Open Edition prints have an optional 'floating frame' in the colors Walnut, Black and White.
Our Limited Edition prints come with your choice of Black, White or Oak-colored FSC®-certified wood frames.
What is the size of the print when the frame is included?
When the frame is included, the size of our prints are as follows:
- Open Edition - the floating frame adds 3/4 inch on all four sides. So a framed 20 x 30 inch canvas print will measure 21.5 x 31.5 inches.
- Limited Edition - the frame adds approximately 1/2 inch on all sides, so a framed 30 x 30 inch limited edition print would measure 31 x 31 inch.
Do you sell unframed artwork?
Every Open Edition canvas print has an unframed option that comes with no exterior wooden frame surrounding the print.
However, we do not sell unmounted canvas prints, that is, prints which are shipped rolled up in a tube.
Limited Edition print series may come with an unframed option for very large sizes. We recommend that you work with a professional framer to get these mounted and framed, and we'd be happy to discuss options in your area.
Limited Editions
What is a limited edition?
A limited edition is a highly collectible print, it’s only printed in a limited number at a specific size. When an edition sells out, it will not be reprinted again at that size.
What is an Artist Proof?
An artist’s proof is a term used to describe a limited number of prints that are made outside of the regular numbered edition size of a print.
They were typically printed before the numbered edition and were used as a way for the artist to make final adjustments to the image. But in modern days, Artist Proofs may be prints used strictly for display at exhibitions, in galleries and similar use cases.
Are they archival quality?
Yes they are! Our Limited Edition prints are made to last a very long time, and are only printed on archival fine art papers using processes that maintain the details of the work.
You will not be disappointed; the print quality is breathtaking and holds the highest details that are contained in the image.
In fact, the combination of papers and ink is rated to last at least 80+ years in good viewing conditions.
Should I get the framed or unframed print?
If you'd like to hang up your print as soon as possible, then get a framed one. Our framers do a great job of making sure the prints fit perfectly with the handcrafted frames.
On the other hand, if you'd like a more elaborate frame or one that better suits your existing décor, go with the unframed print. However, please consider working with a professional framer to preserve the archival quality of your limited edition print.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments through PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
We also accept Affirm, Buy Now Pay Later.
Is your website safe/secure?
This website uses the world's best eCommerce platform along with SSL encryption, and a variety of other enhancements to maintain a PCI compliant shopping environment. Shopping here is just as safe as shopping on websites such as Amazon or Old Navy.
How do I know my order went through?
Immediately after you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number, order details, final order total, and billing information.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been automatically started at our printing facilities, we cannot make any changes. That said, we usually have up to 12-24 hours to correct mistakes and make adjustments.
So, if you realize a mistake’s been made during the checkout process, please let us know immediately.
How long before my order ships?
Print orders require a production timeline of between 3-7 business days. Your order will be shipped soon after production.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes we do. Please reach out to us via email and tell us more about your project.
This is a gift - do you include the price within the package?
I do not include the price or an invoice within any of my shipments. However, unless you're absolutely sure about what print your loved one wants, it might be an even better idea to get him/her a Gift Card!
Paying with Affirm
Can I pay off my purchase early?
Yes! There’s no penalty for paying early.
How do I make my payments?
You can make or schedule payments at affirm.com or in the Affirm app for iOS or Android. Affirm will send you email and text reminders before payments are due.
Can I return an item I bought with Affirm?
Yes—you can return an item you bought with Affirm by initiating the return process with the store.
Does checking my eligibility affect my credit score?
No—your credit score won’t be affected when you create an Affirm account or check your eligibility. If you decide to buy with Affirm, this may impact your credit score. You can find more information in Affirm’s Help Center.
Do I need a mobile number to use Affirm?
Yes, you’ll need a mobile phone number from the U.S. or U.S. territories. This helps Affirm verify it’s really you who is creating your account and signing in.

Shipping
How do you ship the prints?
Your Open Edition canvas print will be tucked snuggly into a poly bag or wrapped in special shipping paper, and then fitted into sturdy, corrugated cardboard boxes.
Your framed Limited Edition prints are protected on all sides with recyclable and biodegradable wrapping materials. Strong recyclable archival foam is then carefully fitted to make sure no damage can occur in transit.
Finally, your print is placed into extra protective 100% sustainably sourced and recyclable cardboard packaging.
Where do you ship to?
We ship internationally! Have no fear, we have shipped as far away as Australia.
How long does shipping take?
Please allow our printers some time to prepare and produce your print. Production may take up to 7 days.
Estimated shipping times for Open Edition prints are as follows:
- USA and Canada ─ 3 to 7 business days
- Europe ─ 5 to 14 business days
- Rest of the world ─ 15 to 25 business days
Estimated shipping times for Limited Edition prints are as follows:
- UK, Germany and Europe ─ 3 to 7 business days
- North America ─ 6 to 10 business days
- Rest of the world ─ 6 to 15 business days
Will I be charged additional customs fees or import taxes if I live outside the USA?
Our Limited Edition prints going to the UK, USA or EU will not face additional import charges.
Otherwise, yes it's possible that you may face customs fees. Every country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. We recommended you visit this Duty Calculator to get an estimate of what you will be charged when the package arrives. I do not pre-pay or cover any import fees.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes. When your item has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and in the case of prints, that email will contain a tracking link as well.
Please allow 24 hours for the link to activate.
International customers, once your packages leave the US, the tracking links may not update but your package is still on its way. If you have any questions about your order, please email us.
What happens if I had an incorrect address?
If you notice your shipping address was incorrect after checkout, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 12-24 hours.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our printing facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Returns
My print arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?
While we hope this never happens, we know that it may. If the product has been damaged in shipping, or you received an incorrect item, we’ll need photos to verify the damage and/or to confirm which incorrect item was shipped.
This helps us understand what went wrong, and helps to make sure we prevent similar issues for you and other customers in the future.
We’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

I've changed my mind; can I get a refund?
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you’re not, let us know. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if there are any problems with your order.
Our prints are made-to-order, so we do not accept returns or offer a refund for a change of mind.
If the product is damaged in the mail, please send us photo verification of the damaged prints to sales@yuriajones.com, and we will gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
What happens if a package wasn't delivered to me, but the tracking info says that it was?
There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the recipient's address. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch."
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. If the parcel was marked as delivered by the carrier, but the recipient has yet to receive it due to incorrect address, we can't cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.
Gift Cards
Can a gift card be used more than once?
Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.
Can more than one gift card be used towards the same order?
Yes. You can redeem another gift card during checkout.
Is the Gift Card shipped to me or anywhere else?
This Gift Card is a digital product which is sent to the email address you provided, with a unique code.
There is no physical component to this product.
Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?
Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.
Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?
Yes, gift cards are treated as a regular form of payment.
Can gift card be reloaded?
No, you can't reload a gift card.
How can customers access gift cards which were misplaced or never received?
Customers can click "resend gift cards" from their order confirmation email.
Does my gift card expire?
No. The gift cards do not have an expiry date, however please note that they are non-refundable once purchased.
Miscellaneous
Can I purchase a hi-res image to print myself or print onto a canvas?
We do license images for print, but this is done on a very limited basis. Please contact us with further details.
Do you sell wholesale?
We have not done so in the past, but would be willing to discuss your request. Please contact us with more details about your project.
Do you donate prints for charity?
Yes, on occasion, we donate prints to charities. If you would like to be considered for a donation please send us an email and we will be happy to look at your request.
